- RESUELVE:
- CONFIRMAR el auto del veintiocho (22) de noviembre de 2005, por el cual se rechazo la demanda presentada por el ciudadano Hernando de Jesus Franco Bernal contra mediante el cual se rechazo la demanda de inconstitucionalidad contra "cualesquiera normas que pudieren llegar a expedirse, violando los derechos fundamentales que nuestra Constitucion Politica consagra a favor de todos los propietarios, conductores y usuarios de motocicletas en el pais y, de contera, sus familiares y ayudantes".
